You need the spiky object you got from the sea, which is actually a key to continue. You talk for a while about the AncientвЂ™s, the Planet, and Holy. It is located in the northern section of the ocean underwater in a small cave. The Key can be found in the ocean and is obtainable after you have completed the Underwater Submarine Battle and received the Shinra Sub as a vehicle. Go to the right over the arches to get to where Bugenhagen is. Before you travel back to the Forgotten City you need to make sure that you have picked up the Key to the Ancients. Maybe they're all still alive now on another planet or maybe an alternate dimension all together. At the crossroads go left, then right under the overhang. Maybe the Ancients weren't all wiped out immediately. Well maybe they did before the meteor hit. Of course we know how the story ends already.with them failing.but we don't know what happened AFTER that.ДЄs the voice in the video says, 'did they ever find their promise land?'

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a video game based on this time in the Final Fantasy 7 timeline where you play as 4 Ancients who try to save their world from the giant meteor. We find out that a meteor is what supposedly destroyed the Ancients but during the video the voice says, 'we wonder if they ever found their promise land. We see that they've made their homes inside of giant trees truly living WITH nature! It's also shown that they live in peace among all of the summons: Ifrit, Shiva, Leviathan, etc.

We also see people using magic and Mako and bending it to their will which they eventually turned into what we now know as Materia. Its a mini-game of some sorts, and a pretty uncovered one so far. You may have been here before, but now is the first time you can actually dig for items. Head to Bone Village, which is located on the northern continent.
